I, Mark Moss, a former employee of Capistrano Beach Funding, recently visited a hair specialist with my friend in order to know how to keep hair healthy and shining for longer. The hair specialist let us know many great tips and here I would like to share those tips with you so that you can also take care of your hair and enjoy healthy and shining hair for longer.

1- Never sleep with dirty hair.If you do so you will clog pores of your hair. Wash your hair properly before going to bed.

2- Never sleep withwet hair.Make sure your hair are dry when you touch the bed to sleep.

3- I, Mark Moss, a former employee of Capistrano Beach Funding would like to inform you that vitamin E is an essential food for your hair. In order to fulfill its requirement, take a vitamin E capsule, break it from middle and apply the liquid on your head.  This practice will make your hair stronger and healthy.

4- Shampoo your hair twice a week, as excessive use of shampoos makes your hair drier and weaker. Use only a high quality shampoo.

5- Apply hair oil twice a week on your head.

6- Visit a hair care specialist thrice a year for proper check up and suggestions.
